North Potomac

This North Potomac renovation began with a complete gut of a 1980s home. The house had strong bones, but the original layout was compartmentalized and dated, with small rooms and little connection between living spaces.

We removed walls and reconfigured the main level to open up the kitchen, dining, and living areas, and significantly expanded the kitchen with more storage and prep space for everyday cooking and entertaining. Upstairs, the primary bathroom was redesigned with a more spacious layout and a dedicated toilet room. New white oak flooring throughout ties every level together. The result is a fully modernized home that keeps its original structure while finally fitting the way the family lives.
