About Us
Remodeling & Custom Homes. Built Around You.
Siman Builds is a family-owned remodeler and custom home builder serving the Washington DC Metro area. Backed by more than two decades of experience in real estate development and residential construction, we specialize in thoughtfully executed remodels, additions, and custom homes.
Our approach is personal by design. From the earliest planning through construction and completion, our clients work directly with the people responsible for their project.
Why Siman Builds?
Your Vision, Our Priority
Great projects begin with listening. We take the time to understand how you live, how you use your space, and what matters most to you. This deliberate approach allows us to create homes that feel personal, well-considered, and tailored to the way you live. Never generic and never overproduced.
Collaboration That Clicks
We keep you informed at every step and respond promptly whenever questions arise. With clear communication and the right partner, remodeling can feel smooth and organized.
Attention to Detail
We sweat the small stuff, so you don’t have to. From early planning through the final details, we bring care and precision to every stage of your remodel or new home build. We treat your home like it’s our own.
Strategic Value Engineering
Through diligent planning we make every dollar work harder. Thanks to our close relationships with our trusted team of vendors and suppliers, we source quality materials at better prices and pass those savings directly to you.
Leadership Team
Our team builds every project together, which means no finger-pointing and no question about who's responsible. We’ve stayed small on purpose: it’s how we keep our standards high and our clients close.
Neil Siman
With more than two decades of experience in real estate development, residential construction, and remodeling, Neil leads the overall vision and direction of Siman Builds. He remains personally involved in client relationships, project planning, pre-construction, and key decisions throughout each project. Outside of work, he’s with his wife and two children, on a tennis court, on skis, or out on a long hike.
Noah Siman
Noah leads the day-to-day operations of Siman Builds, overseeing estimating, preconstruction, scheduling, procurement, our field crews, and project execution. His focus is keeping every project organized, well communicated, and moving forward from planning through completion. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and enjoys traveling, skiing, and time with family and friends.
Rory
Rory has never missed a Monday. He greets every client at the door, personally inspects each delivery, and has strong opinions about which rooms get the best afternoon sun. Compensation is treats. Family-owned means family-owned.
