About this project
This Georgetown row house renovation started with a classic 1,900-square-foot home with three bedrooms and two baths. We reworked the main levels into an open, modern floor plan.
The biggest move was underground: we excavated and built out a full basement with a second kitchen and additional living space. The result is a 3,000-square-foot home with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, finished with a roof deck.
