Forest Hills

This Forest Hills renovation and addition transformed a 2,200-square-foot residence into a 5,345-square-foot home with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, redesigned throughout while honoring the home’s original character.

We raised ceilings and converted the attic into a primary suite with a custom walk-in closet and home office and added a second-floor laundry room. The addition opens the home to the outdoors with a new custom deck and a screened porch for three-season living.
