About this project
This Eckington duplex conversion turned a classic three-story row house into two luxury condominiums. We gutted the interior, extended the rear of the building, and added a fourth floor, creating two 1,600-square-foot residences with three bedrooms and three bathrooms each.
Exposed brick keeps the row house’s character front and center, paired with hardwood floors and custom trim throughout. Kitchens feature marble countertops and premium appliances, and the primary suites and bathrooms are finished to the same standard. The open layouts give each unit a bright, sophisticated feel suited to modern city living.
