Cathedral Heights

This Cathedral Heights renovation transformed a classic fieldstone Tudor from a 4,000-square-foot split-level with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths into a 5,125-square-foot residence with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms across four levels.

We reimagined nearly every space, expanding the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas, raising ceilings to 10.5 feet, adding a brand-new fourth floor, and installing an elevator to connect all four levels. The result is an open, refined layout that keeps the home’s timeless character while delivering modern luxury and everyday function, from the mudroom and breakfast room to the roof deck.
