This project was nothing short of a metamorphosis. We expanded the 2,200 square-foot home into a 5,345 square-foot residence, boasting 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Every corner was redesigned to create a functional floor plan that stayed aligned with the property’s character. Our vision was to redefine the essence of space, blending functionality with elegance.
Beyond the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors, our work included increasing the ceiling height, a full attic conversion into a primary bedroom retreat, and adding outdoor living space with a screened porch and deck.
