The Quincy Place project involved the conversion of a single-family three-story row house into spacious  duplex condos. To achieve our goal, we had to completely demolish the property’s interior structure and build two extensions. We pushed out the rear of the building and added a fourth floor, resulting in a pair of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,600 square feet condos. The units feature exposed brick accent walls, hardwood floors, custom trim work, gourmet kitchens with marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, all contributing to a chic and sophisticated living experience. The design of each unit emphasizes a functional and open floor plan, ensuring a spacious and welcoming environment.
