The Franklin Street Project began with an existing apartment building comprising four units, each 800 square feet. To realize our vision, the structure was completely demolished, making way for new construction. Our end project was a 4-unit townhome-style condo building. Each condo consisted of three floors, offering ample living space and privacy. The first floor of each unit features an open floor plan, custom cabinets, top-grade finishes, hardwood floors, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, blending functionality with style. Each unit showcases thoughtful space utilization, catering to the sophisticated tastes of contemporary city dwellers.
